Charles Heuer, FAIA will be giving our Brown Bag Lunch and Learn Talk this coming Thursday. Mr. Heuer is an architect and an attorney. His firm the Heuer Law Group was founded in 1986. We are fortunate to have this national expert in construction law living in Albemarle County. Chuck is presenting his talk through the AIA Trust Component Seminars.
Shop Drawings, Change Orders and Claims
This program focuses on the proper processes for Shop Drawing review, Change Order execution and Claims review-the risks involved and how to manage them while performing in a timely and appropriate manner. The AIA General Conditions (A201-2007) is the point of reference.
