Help us reaffirm this landmark for the next generations of artists and thinkers expressing the ideas shaping a better future for us all. Drop in on events all week long. You are welcome to bring your own seating.

12:00 – 12:30 Common Ground Healing Arts presents Mindful Movements and Relaxing Stretches
Malati Kurahsvili “Mindful Movements and Relaxing Stretches”
Malati will lead a gentle yoga stretch class, welcoming to all, with a focus on stress management and tension reduction. You can find classes with Malati at Common Ground Healing Arts on Monday and Friday evenings. You may also find Malati managing the front desk when coming in for your acupuncture or massage sessions. All of our classes, and these services, are offered on a pay what you can scale.
